Julie Blackmon: Domestic Vacations
Blackmon’s first place awards in PhotoSpiva 2005 and 2006 foreshadowed her growing national recognition. The Springfield photographer fuses fantasy and reality in large, entertaining color images that hint at the mythic in the midst of chaotic family life.

Lowak Shoppala': Fire and Light
Joplin’s renowned Chickasaw-Choctaw fiber artist Margaret Roach Wheeler created costumes and staging for Lowak Shoppala’, the story of the Chickasaw Nation. With poetry by Linda Hogan, an amazing look at the theatrical production in this touring exhibit’s inaugural showcase.


Group tours are available by appointment, with a two-week advance notice preferred.
