The Inter-State Grocer Co. opened in 1915 in Joplin at 10th, and Main St. “Big Horn” Coffee was roasted on the 5th floor. Beans went to the 4th floor for cleaning and packaged on the 3rd floor. This painting depicts the building in 1956.
