ENDOWMENT
Support Spiva Center for the Arts for generations to come by contributing to the Spiva Endowment Fund.
EXHIBITION SUPPORT
Spiva Center for the Arts provides its visitors with enriching visual art experiences. In addition to creating outstanding exhibitions from Spiva’s permanent collection, Spiva has welcomed exceptional exhibitions from artists from all over the United States, including support of local and regional artists.
Exhibition underwriters help Spiva offset the costs associated with producing large-scale, world-class installations. These expenses include shipping and crating, curatorial planning, exhibition design, and marketing.
EDUCATION SUPPORT
Spiva Center for the Arts connects visitors with art, one another, and the world. Developing a love and appreciation for the arts can be a lifelong journey. Spiva welcomes even the tiniest of visitors.
Underwriting gifts for all Learning and Engagement programs provide for the cost of the program, including art supplies, staffing, and printed materials. Funding ensures that these programs continue throughout the year.
ARTFUL IMPACT OUTREACH SUPPORT
The Artful Impact Outreach program at Spiva provides art education, enrichment in the visual arts, and a creative outlet to individuals who may not otherwise be able to experience Spiva.
Underwriting for Artful Impact helps cover the cost of supplies, including specially-trained teaching artists.

- Donor Advised Funds – Contribute to a donor-advised fund and enjoy a tax savings on that amount when you itemize.
- Appreciated Stock – You may enjoy two tax benefits with a gift of appreciated stock: Avoid paying taxes on the appreciated value, and qualify for an income tax charitable deduction based on today’s market value, when you itemize.
- IRA Charitable Rollover – If you are age 70 1/2 or older, you can give any amount up to $100,000 per year to Spiva from your IRA account. You will not pay income taxes on the transfer. If you are age 72 or older, you can use this transfer to satisfy your required minimum distribution.
MEMORIAL GIFTS
Memorial contributions are a touching way to let the family know that your thoughts are with them. When you make a memorial contribution, the family is notified of your thoughtful donation. You can make a memorial contribution online at give.spivaarts.org
