The veteran spirit is unbreakable—forged in service, strengthened through transition, and upheld by the support of those who stand beside us. Whether on the battlefield, during the return home, or in the journey beyond, veterans experience a bond that endures. Spiva Center for the Arts invites veteran artists to submit work for “Unbreakable: The Veteran Spirit,” an exhibition exploring the resilience, camaraderie, and support systems that shape the veteran experience.
This exhibition seeks to highlight the shared struggles, triumphs, and relationships that sustain veterans. From the friendships formed in service to the families and communities that provide strength during transition, we welcome artwork that tells the story of endurance, connection, and growth.
Service does not end with a uniform. The transition to civilian life brings new challenges, but also new opportunities, strengthened by family, friends, and fellow veterans. This exhibition is a reflection on the unbreakable bonds that continue long after service ends. Join us in sharing the resilience, transition, and unwavering support that define the veteran spirit.
This exhibit is taking place as part of the Heartland Patriots Festival – read more about the festival here: https://www.facebook.com/heartlandpatriotsfest
