Join us on Tuesday afternoons and experiment with a variety of media: painting, drawing, clay, collage, sculpture, and more! Kids will have a snack and explore the galleries with scavenger hunts and other activities as well. Pre-registration is recommended – space is limited in this popular class! Ages 6-11. Today we will be continuing on our Passport series to visit Panama! Participants will create a paper mola! Molas are handmade textiles from Panama which use a reverse appliqué technique. Several layers of different-colored cloth are sewn together and the design is then formed by cutting parts of each layer away.
