About the Class:
Get in the holiday spirit with this festive fused glass workshop! Jane will guide participants through the process of creating a unique glass ornament, from selecting and arranging glass pieces to preparing them for the kiln. Whether you keep it for yourself or give it as a handmade gift, your finished ornament will be a special keepsake for years to come. No prior glass experience is necessary—beginners and seasoned makers alike are welcome.
After the class, Jane will fire your ornament in her kiln. Finished works will be ready for pickup in approximately 1–2 weeks. A Spiva staff member or volunteer will contact you when your piece is ready.
About Jane:
Jane McCaulley is a glass artist whose work reflects a lifelong love of art and a 35-year career teaching creativity to children. A retired public school art teacher, Jane draws inspiration from her former students and the elegant simplicity they brought to their creations. She strives to capture that same ease and effortlessness in her own work. For the past 15 years, Jane has focused on fused glass, exploring its unique qualities to bring her artistic vision to life.

Check-In: Please arrive a few minutes early to check in at the 1st-floor welcome desk, then take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
Parking: Visitor parking is available on the west side of the building off Wall Avenue. Additional parking can be found along Wall Avenue, on 8th Street, and in the Liberty parking lot on 7th Street.
