Create2Educate: Prone to Wander

November 4 - December 20, 2025

Harry M. Cornell Gallery

One hundred children—fifty from Kampala, Uganda in Africa, and fifty from the local community—each created a 5″ x 5″ work of art on canvas using a sheep template designed by Webb City artist Cindy Head. Together, their individual pieces form a single unified artwork titled Prone to Wander.

Inspired by The Parable of the Lost Sheep (Luke 15), this project connects young artists across continents through creativity and compassion. Each small canvas represents a unique voice within a greater story of care, belonging, and hope.

Individual panels are available for purchase, with proceeds supporting Uganda youth and the Spiva scholarship fund through Create2Educate.
