Facility Rental: Conferences, Business Meetings, Clubs, Committees

The rental spaces within The Harry M. Cornell Arts and Entertainment Complex are beautiful and modern and can accommodate parties of many different sizes.

Rental prices include set-up, event, and clean-up. All rental packages are subject to additional fees. Fifty percent of rental fee (and security personnel fee if applicable) is due upon reserving space.

Parties: Kids

Make your child’s birthday extra special by celebrating at Spiva! The classroom is a perfect place to host a dynamic and sometimes messy art party for your kiddo and their friends! We have a wide variety of packages and projects to choose from, ranging from $175-$250 and it only takes $50 to reserve your date. Ready to book?
