Family Yoga with Kara Patterson
Saturday, April 13, 10am-11pm, Ages: Child (6-12) + Adult
Yoga is a great activity for moms and dads to do with their children, at any age! We will learn the foundations of yoga through breathing exercises, partner poses, challenging poses, group poses, and fun yoga games. Together we’ll build creativity and confidence, as well as strong and healthy bodies. All yoga skill levels welcome, you do not need prior yoga knowledge to participate.
