Carthage School District is proudly hosting the annual COC Art Competition across the Spiva galleries. High schools from Neosho, Carthage, Joplin, and Webb City each showcase up to 50 outstanding pieces in various 2D and 3D categories. Judged by local art professionals, this exhibit celebrates the fantastic creativity and talent of our region’s young artists, with awards given in the form of ribbons.
