Welcome to Your Body: A Beginner-Friendly Yoga Series
Join Desirée Dixon for a three-part yoga series designed to help you reconnect with your body through simple, intentional movements. These beginner-friendly classes are perfect for anyone looking to explore yoga in a supportive and engaging environment. Each session focuses on a different area of the body, guiding you to activate and engage muscles you may have forgotten existed!

- Class 1: Hands & Feet (February 1)
- Class 2: Arms & Legs (March 15)
- Class 3: Core & Spine (April 5)

- Location: Spiva Center for the Arts, second floor of the Cornell Complex
- Effort Level: Choose your own adventure—challenge yourself without over-exertion!
- Cost: $15 per class or $35 for all three (Save $10!)
